1. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED for Digital Downloads
Once your payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive a link with access to the file. Please download the files onto your device immediately! Files will expire in 30 days from purchase. If you never received your digital download, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. With the subject line stating "[Your First Name] Shipping"
2. TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for PROCESSING. Once payment has been completed by stripe your order will ship immediately!

Refund Policy: Effective February 4, 2022
1. NO REFUNDS. If you have an issue with receiving your digital download please contact customer service to determine the best course of action. 2. Please have an original copy of your invoice, credit card purchase receipt, and the email of which you purchased the product.
No Chargeback Agreement
